I came 3rd in free style but in the next round 4th so I didn't get a placing but I'm still proud of my self i guess I just got tired in the first round. 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊  The water was warm when you got in but when you got out you would shiver like crazy (from the cold)🌈☔

Assembly 

  The hole of  kahikatea team had to learn a song it was as hard as having a running race with a cheetah and your a snail.

When we had learnt the song we got to share our song with the hole entire school.

First we had to wait for the other classes 

Then we had to wait for the mihi kids

Finally we got to go up  and it was pretty cool. Actually it was as cool as seeing a unicorn.

Proud Moments

This term I went to gym sport sadly I did not get a placing I think I was pretty good at the floor routine. My friend got a placing 8th I think I practist hard enough talking about hard and gymnastics I carn't do a rolly polly on the nourmal ground so I want to achive being able to do one on the nourmal hard ground.

I love loved this term I have liked Senior athletics and I have made lots of new friends. I was going to do Ag day but my calf lollipop went nuts.I have liked inquiry and my candy keeper for see a need fill a need.I am proud of my writing and math I have moved up 2 and a half levels from last year.my math has in proved as well I am on stage 5b.In reading I am on level 9-10.

This term we are doing technology.We had to find a problem and then had to fill it see a need fill a need my see a need was are you sick of your family stealing your candy well never fear candy keeper is here not for sale.My candy keeper hangs from the roof and all you need to do is
.get a cardboard tube
.a really shard knife
.paint
.string
and a nail +hammer
and please get help from a parent of adult
I am with a buddy named bailey she came up with the idea and I help her with the painting and get all the inquitment. My favorite was all the painting and seeing how its all coming to gether.We painted the candy keeper and put paper in the back of it so the candy want fall out.We cut the card board tube in to 1/3.The string is for hanging it up.It hangs from the roof so little kids can't get it.

In production I was supposed  to be sleeping beauty, but ended up being a fairy. Its pretty cool. My favourite is watching all the others. If I make a mistake all I have to do is put a smile on and keep going. My costume is blue, I picked the fantasy group because I like Disney characters I've made heaps of new friends while doing this its been the best. My face is amazing. A big thank you for everyone who watched and thank you Mrs Hobbs.When everyone went off we would go off stage grab glitter and go back on and throw it to the audience.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Camp

When were told we were going to camp on Mount Maunganui,  for short mount M.The hole Kahikatea team was so excited. Baylee and I went on the bus, you know Baylee my best friend, ya her. Well back on task I took my suit case I had to bring two other bags for my food. The first place we went was the Waimarino water park. There was a tramp in the middle of the lake by the dock we had to jump of the dock and climb up the ladder to get onto the tramp. The ladder was hard to climb up. After I finally got up, I fell back into the water and "SPLASH"plop back into the water. When we went back where we started we went kayaking. It was fun, we learnt tricks like swapping kayaks at the same time. I fell out but after a couple of times I was really good. When we had finished we went back  to the bus and went on. When we arrived at the camp we went in and got ready to go to sleep that night.I had to make my tea it was awesome. When I went into Zara's tent we went to sleep but I couldn't. There was a morepork and lots of trucks passing. The lights from them went through the tent and in my eyes so I had a late night. In the morning we had breakfast and went to surfing.                                                                                 

My Science journey

When Mr Gemmel told us we were going to do science this term I had no idea what to do? 

Then it came to me, how about coke and mentos, it was great. I got a science book and every afternoon we  would PLAY, kidding we had to research about it too.I picked it because lots of people were and I wanted to know what  they were reading. I learnt that the CO2 inside the mentos  is the reason why it explodes.Do you know diet coke is the best coke to use for this experiment. When I was finished I moved onto another experiment.It was how to make a paper clip float, thats right how can metal float? well this is how. It isn't floating its being pushed on the surface by tension. It means like a type of skin. Do you know if you touch the water it will make the paper clip sink.

I enjoyed speeches searching typing, it was a lot of fun. My speech is about not changing the NZ flag the reason I picked this speech is because I like our flag and how much money does it cost to change well I can tell you this a lot?
